General terms

Free To Park is a wholly owned subsidiary of Cheap and Easy Parking Ltd, Company Number 6366918

These terms and conditions set out the rules which apply to your use of the Free To Park Text service (the “Service”). Please ensure that you read these terms and conditions carefully as your use in any way of the Service constitutes your agreement to all terms, conditions, and notices contained or referenced herein.

Free To Park will not be held responsible for any loss or damage as a result of using this website.

We aim to provide information that is up to date. If there is any information you believe to be incorrect please contact us and let us know. Free To Park aim to provide you with the most up to date information.

Service Terms

Free To Park reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without any notice. Please make sure to check back from time to time to make sure you are up to date. Your continued use of the website signifies your acceptance of such modifications.

The SMS text message will be a maximum of 160 characters, including the information detailed in website FAQs and the cost is £1.50 plus any standard network charges for the text message.

Wrongly spelt names or stations not covered by the service will receive a notification message which will be charged at the users standard network charge.

The use of the Service does not guarantee a parking space for the user. The service is an information service only notifying the user of free parking locations only. The recipient will not be able to reply to SMS sent via the Service.

Free to Park reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Service in accordance with our terms.

We will attempt to deliver your SMS for 24 hours only. The receiving mobile phone must be switched on and in network coverage during this period to receive the SMS. We will use our best efforts to deliver your SMS but we do not warrant that the service will be fault-free and available at all times or that your SMS will be delivered, or delivered in a timely manner.

Free To Park will not be liable for any loss or charge incurred by you as a result of your access or non-access to the Services or receipt, non-receipt or delay in receipt of any SMS sent via the Services.

Intellectual Property

The copyright and all other intellectual property rights in the material contained in the website, together with the website design, text and graphics, and their selection and arrangement, and all software compilations, underlying source code and software (including applets) belongs to us or our licensors. All rights are reserved. None of this material may be reproduced or redistributed without our prior written permission. You may, however, download or print a single copy for your own non-commercial off-line viewing.

Other product and company names mentioned on this website are the trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners.

You shall retain ownership of the data you submit to the website. You grant us a world-wide, royalty-free, non-terminable license to use, copy, distribute, publish and transmit such data in any manner. Please also see our privacy policy.

Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for negligence, breach of contract, misrepresentation or otherwise, for a direct or indirect consequential damage suffered by you as a result of using our website.

We will not be liable for any computer virus transmitted through Freetopark.co.uk. It is your responsibility to use suitable anti-virus software when using and downloading from Freetopark.co.uk

These Terms of Use are governed by English law. Both Free To Park and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Refund Policy

If for technical reasons you do not receive a text response after using our service, send an email to info@freetopark.co.uk and we will investigate, and issue a refund if there is found to be a problem. If the service is found to be at fault a full refund will be paid whichever way suits the user; but usually by Paypal or cheque.

We will offer a free electronic newsletter to users. Free To Park gathers the email addresses of users who voluntarily subscribe from various pages on the website. Users may remove themselves from this mailing list by following the link provided in every newsletter that points users to the subscription management page.
