I have texted you Finsbury Park station and Tufnell Park station but I get the message back to my moble ” The station requested is incorrectly spelt or inside the c charge/DLR zone. Please re-text a different station. You have not been charged for this text.”
Finsbury Park and Tufnell Park are not in the congestion zone and I am sure that they are spelt correctly, could you help as this seems such a great service. Thank you

Hi Jackie, I double checked on the database, and you had added the word “station” after Tufnell Park and Finsbury Park. The correct input should have been parking Tufnell Park but I accept that maybe the instructions should be made clearer, and I will amend the FAQ page. You weren’t charged by us for the error texts and I hope you’ll use our service again and tell all your friends!
